Center for Political Education 10th Anniversary Houseparty, Left Memorabilia Silent Auction, & Fundraiser

Saturday, December 6th, 7 PM onwards
3868 23rd St., b/t Church & Sanchez, 15 min. walk from 24th St. BART or on the J Muni line, San Francisco

The revolution is not a dinner party, but there may be a few dinner parties on our way there!

Don’t miss this year’s left memorabilia silent auction, a great place to get your holiday gifts, including rare movement posters from the 70s and 80s, books, Nicaraguan and Soviet stamps from the 60s, 70s and 80s, original silk-screened movement postcards, and other great items.  We’ll close the auction at 10:30 PM, so be sure to get to the party in time to put your bid in!

Join us at 7 PM for a delicious gourmet dinner prepared by CPE collective members, and then, from 9 to the wee hours of a new dawn — dancing, karaoke, drinking (many beverages to choose from), and an all around good time…donations for dinner and drinks appreciated.

The Center for Political Education is a resource for progressive social movements and the Left in the SF Bay Area.  Since 1998 CPE has provided an ongoing space for social movement activists, organizers, educators and cultural workers, from different issue areas and sectors, to share lessons and strategies, to learn and analyze together and to help us understand the impact of local, regional, national, and global politics on our day-to-day work.

Join us in celebration of our 10th year, and to show your ongoing support for the work of the Center!

This location is not wheelchair accessible.
